How about TWO Fall festivals!
We made it to one of the most awesome Fall Festivals I have ever been to in Waynesville, NC this past weekend.
It was advertised as ‘one of the finest juried Arts show in the region’ and we weren’t disappointed! The quality of the items was amazing!
And the crowd was HUGE!
There were thousands of people there…most of them in stylish Fall outfits.
(I always dress for comfort…heehee)
Great music, yummy BBQ and friendly people.
We had such FUN!
And then we drove a few miles away to enjoy a smaller festival in Canton, NC.
I was impressed with the revived downtown area and beautiful buildings.
Fall is in the air and the weather for our day of Festivals was perfect!
I bought just a few special items to enjoy…
local pottery by Jeff Hamilton, Greenbrier Pottery
and handmade leather bags by Lyn Lyndall.
Do you love spending a day like this?
Have you been to a Fall festival yet?

Fall Festivals....so much fun!! This is the first year I haven't been slammed and I have been able to attend a few. These two look like a great time! I am loving that giant smoker made from a propane tank. How cool!

Our Farmer's Markets are like having a festival every weekend, but other than that, I haven't been to one. I love the photos of your day and seeing all the artisans...and food! Must get to baking:-D
Wish we had more in So. Florida, but it's never the same as further north. I can almost feel the weather. What a perfect day.

Only with you! Very nice and absolutely gorgeous autumn color! Love the header. You always look as cute as a button and stylish to me.
No..I have not..but now I am inspired to at least drive out into our so called countryside and visit the orchards and pick some apples for a couple of pies. We call it Apple country...but the name of it is really "Oak Glen" and it's wonderful. Hope I remember my camera.
I loved your purchases!!
You always look adorable, Diane. Always! Your gorgeous smile says it all!
Hugs,
Mona
