Barn Charm with a little surprise!

I saw this beautiful old barn about a mile from our condo in the mountains of NC. And when hubby slowed down for me to get a better shot I saw something special!

PMDSCN6007

It was raining but I think that just added to the ‘charm’!

PMDSCN6009

And I’m sure that’s why no one was outside ‘swinging’!

SWINGDSCN6007

Can you go back to the first photo and see the sweet little swing on the side of the barn now that you’ve seen it close up?

I’m joining Barn Charm HERE !

We’re back in Florida and thankful to be home for the winter months. I’m still praying.

Hi Miss Lavender Dreams, Hi Wendy;

I love that swing. It looks like the perfect size for my little teddy bear butt. (o: Maybe it's just big enough for me & Wendy to swing on it together.

I love how you set us up for this one! Very clever. I finally took a shot of a tire swing yesterday that I have been wanting to stop and snap for months now. There is something about a barn and a swing...very nostalgic.

The swing does it for me! It is exactly the kind we had growing up. My Dad tied one up in a big old tree behind our outside shed. Even my own kids got to swing in it.
