Well I do now! I made myself some kitty cats!
They were so much fun because they each took on their own personality when I stitched their sweet faces.
And yes, one is a little smaller than the other.
(it’s a long story! Oh, you say you have time? The first cat I made was solid white but his head was too small for his body? Don’t you hate when that happens? heehee! So I made a bigger head for the white one. Oh, now I have an extra head but no more white terry fabric!!! So I made another one with a smaller body out of the very last of the flowered terry! WHEW! I’m glad I got all that out. I was afraid we were all going to have to go in for therapy. hahahaha)
I’m joining Beautiful Sunday,
and Amaze me Monday!
Do you think blogs are better than therapy?
I want to say THANK YOU to everyone that visited Susan at Must Love Junk HERE yesterday to read and comment on my feature there. I appreciated the sweet comments. Thanks to Susan and to all of my blog buddies. I hope I can show you the love you’ve all shown me.
Sweet hugs!!!

just to add that I visited your guest post on Susan's blog and loved seeing inside your home. The lighthouse on the wall is amazing.
What a fun story of their creations!! And your Kitties ARE adorable!!
You are very talented!
I am not a cat lover, but yours are an exception. And the story behind their "conception" is priceless. How talented (and patient) you are. I would have given up when the head was the wrong size ;) Linda@Wetcreek Blog
Those are darling! Hope they get along well with your bunnies ;)
We love our two kitties. The way you have them posed on the back of the couch is adorable. They are precious.
Oh, how darling! I love your little kitties and you did a beautiful job on them. I love the flowery terry cloth. I guess you could use a towel to make these kitties? Did you have a pattern? You know I'm wanting to make one now! ;)
Be a sweetie,
Shelia;)
Oh, I'm still smiling - your kitties are adorable! I really do like the one with the flowery look.
Diane, I love your kitty cats ! I think blogging is therapy !
Oh- Those are absolutely adorable and they DO have personality. Love it, Diane. Blogs are good therapy and so is sewing!!!! xo Diana
LOVE this post! I had to laugh at the 'head too small for the body'! But you found a way to make it work! And that first pic is so perfect-we have 2 kitties (I adore cats!) and that's just how they look always peering out the windows! :)
Oh, and I agree-blogging is great therapy!
Susan
they are so cute. :)
Adorable, Blessings Francine,
These kitties are sooo cute. I love them.
LOVE your kitties - and the cute story that goes with them! I think you will appreciate that yours need no litter box - over here, with 6 cats in residence, cleaning them is a full time job. "Go ahead, honey! Grab the scoop! It's your turn!" became my favorite saying once hubby retired!
LOL! At least you don't have to clean a litter box or get pet fur off your furniture! Love your creativity and I do think blogs are better than therapy, XOXO
Oh Diane I love these little kitties. They are really sweet. I absolutely adore them~!
OMG!!! They are adorable!! You are so talented.
I have a dog!My first ever! And she is adorable but so are your cats especially the flowery one!And yes blogging is a kind of therapy!AriadnefromGreece!
The little floral one is really adorable!
Diane, those are so ADORABLE!!! Yes, having an outlet for creativity, and friends to talk to, is definitely good for the heart and soul.
Oh Diane, your new kitties are adorable. You know I'm a cat lover and I really like Peaches and Patches since they don't shed like Charlie does (still I love him so much). You are so darn talented!
hugs,
Linda
Oh Diane, the cats are just too cute. I would love to have a live pet, but simply cannot afford the care (it would be unfair to the pet). So, stuffed animals will have to fill the bill for me, lol. Yes, I really do think that blogging is great therapy. Being disabled, it sure keeps me in touch with the world and is a wonderful place to find some great friends, like you :)
Diane, Diane, Diane, you are so creative! I just love your little cats, they just turned out so adorable! Yes, blogging I would think is much cheaper than therapy, and probably more fun!
Have a fun Sunday~
Nancy
Very cute...the little one in flowers is my favorite....is that allowed? :-) blessings
Love both kitties...but the little one with the flowered print is my favorite...so adorable!! Can I ask the name of the pattern that you used? Yes...blogs are great therapy.

Cindy
Those kittens are adorable. I like the one with the roses.
I see some sweet Pat C. dolls.
Yes, blogging is therapy for me.
Your kitties are adorable and they look so soft and cuddly. Perfect for a baby shower gift or a bedtime cuddle kitty :) I love the calico print in the kitty's body, too.

Oh Diane, they are darling! I miss my cat Bo so much, and the all white stuffie cat reminded me of him. You should make more and sell them!
