We’re having so much fun this week.
I found this precious little topsy turvy doll at the thrift store for $1.
She was so very sleepy!
But then the sun came out and she was ready to play!
Have you ever seen one of these before?
I’ve seen one but never had one.
Let’s take a ‘peek’!
Two for the price of ONE!
I’m joining the Vintage Inspiration Link party HERE,
and Roses of Inspiration.
Have FUN and
take time to PLAY!

Yes, I have indeed seen these little dolls around but not in several years. Glad you found her. :)
My mother in law made one of these for my daughter but it must be long gone because I am not sure where it is. I was not good at keeping dollies that got dirty or loved beyond repair. Your doll is precious.
I have never seen or even heard of a to pay turvy doll before!
She is a gem for certain and I'm sure you'll treasure her!
Oh...LOVE...wonderful!!! Ther's really lovely!! Compliments! Precious. NI
Nope, never have seen one. I think it would have creeped me out as a child, but I'm thinking she's pretty clever.
Such a sweet treasure you fund, cute little doly.Blessings Francine.
Oh I love those topsy turvey dolls - I made one for our youngest daughter one time when she was sick and home from school. She still has her. What fun to find her for such a great price. Have fun with your week.
I love that kind of lovely dolls! I would like to make one for me some day! Thanks for sharing.
Have a wonderful Easter!

LOL when I saw the open eyes I thought that you'd re-painted them with fabric paint! : )
She is so cute! I'm looking for a doll for my sweet grand girl due any day now!! This would be cute wouldn't it!

Linda
Yes, I have seen these before and they are adorable. Diane, you could make one of these in a heartbeat, as talented as you are! And you always find the coolest things at those thrift stores!!
What a sweet doll. She appears to be in excellent condition. Hope you are having a great day, Heather
I love topsy-turvy dolls! I had one when I was a kid; it was store bought. One end was a little girl and the other end was a grandmother. Wish it was still around!
Such a cute find.:) I love baby dolls. One of my daughters has a homemade knitted one that I bought at Goodwill and she loves it.
Aw, that's so sweet :) I've never seen one of those.

Diane - I had one of those at one time that was Little Red Riding Hood on one side and the Big Bad Wolf on the other. Don't know what became of it.
Cute find.

Oh, how very sweet and only a $1!! Looks like it's in great shape too. Did you see a while back that I crocheted a topsey turvey Cinderella doll for my little granddaughter? It turned out pretty cute too! We're just dolls, aren't we? ")
Be a sweetie

That was indeed a bargain. I've seen the topsy turvy dolls and would love to find one in a thrift store for my granddaughter.

Great find. I dropped off a bag of clothes last week and could not resist browsing. Yes, I came home with a pretty coaster that is a match for one I have. Thinking about assembling a set of glass plates from my browsing next time. Take good care!
Que bonita y original!!!!!!
Love those dolls. I have one my Gram made for me many years ago.
Yours is too cute.
I had a very successful week at thirft store.
Scoring wool scraps at a 1.00 a bag.
I am also wondering if the bunny got eyes or not ? :)
Woolie Spring Hugs to my dear friend

Ah, Diane. She is cute. I'd brought her home, too.
I've not seen or heard of one, but how neat. You have the neatest doll collection.
How cute!
I haven't seen one of those in years! Thanks for sharing! Maggie
It's been years since I've seen one of these too. So cute!
Such an adorable little doll! I have never seen one before. I wonder if it would be hard to make one. : )
That's the cutest one I've ever seen! You have the best bargain shopping around!
How cute! I've never seen one of these "in person", only in photos, but I think I saw a photo once that was Red Riding Hood "on one end" and the wolf on the other... eek!
Why did you dress her up in Blue? :) Now I wanted to play with her too, just because I so love the color of her dress ;)
Well isn't she precious! I am not sure if I have ever seen this kind of doll before... You got her for an excellent price, my friend :)
Thanks for sharing with Roses of Inspiration. May you have a beautiful Easter. Hugs!
Oh my gosh, this doll is soooo precious. I have heard of this doll before, but never actually seen it. Thanks for sharing. I love her face, it's sweet.
