These are a few of my favorite things!
Did you see Debby's post, 'Playing with Light' on her blog My Favorite Things HERE? She always inspires me with her beautiful photos!
So after a nice little rain shower, I took my little Nikon Coolpix outside to capture some raindrops on my new flowers.
The roses are my favorites!
And how pretty are these Vinca flowers with raindrops and sunbeams?
I hope your day is filled with favorite things and sweet friendships too! Thanks Debby for both! Lots of HUGS to you all today!
I'm joining the Garden Party HERE!

Those are beautiful flowers Diane and I love the pretty pink colors of them. :)
Beautiful pics! I love the rain drops on the flowers!
Beautiful!
Happy Week to you ~ ^_^
Isn't it just glorious when the rain falls on plants? They just seem to open up and celebrate! So glad you linked these beautiful images at the garden party. :)
Aww...thank you Diane for YOUR sweet friendship and for mentioning me in your beautiful post! Your photos are stunning. I love roses too and the water droplets just add to their beauty! Sweet hugs!
Pretty flowers with rain drops...xo
Your rose is lovely and you captured the rain drops
just right.
Hugs, have a good day!
Hugs to you Diane for brightening my day with your blog.
I love the beautiful pink roses and the Vinca! I have pink and white long legged Vinca growing wild in my yard and my sis says it's a weed, but I love it and transplanted the two colors to bloom together in several places.
Dew drops and rain drops on flowers are so beautiful. I've seen some in the artificial flower sections that look very real with little spots that look like water.
such beautiful photos,,
Your little Nikon Coolpix did a wonderful job. The pictures of the flowers are a delight to the eyes.
Pretty pretty flowers! Hope youre having a great week so far my friend!
beautiful pictures and flowers, I love to take photos after it rains
Brenda
Hello, are these your newly planted roses. They are lovely.
I like the vincas too, beautiful colors and photos.
Happy Tuesday, enjoy your day and week ahead!
So beautiful. I just love flowers after a rain.
Taking photos after some rain is my favourite thing. You got some gorgeous photos.
Love your photos and your words!!!
Gorgeous! Now, I'll be thinking of that song... and whiskers on kittens...
Diane, those raindrops look so delicate! I can almost imagine flower fairies taking one in their hands and splashing the water on their faces!
Now you have me singing. I can just hear all of your followers singing all across the world - we need more singing - thank you.
The roses are beautiful and your Vinca is divine. We have the blue wild vinca here - it is pretty and makes a lovely ground cover but I'd love to have some pink, I'd not seen it before.
Happy days my sweet friend.
What beautiful photos with raindrops, Diane! The Vinca grow so well up here in MA, too. They deal with our summer heat better. :)

I love raindrops on flowers- great captures. I liked yesterday's post too!
I saw you red rose and had to come over and take a peek. Flowers are always prettier with a few drops of rain on them, and your pictures are very pretty. Oh Yes, Debby takes exceptional pictures. I'm intrigued every time I visit.
Have a good week, Diane.

Unas fotos y unas flores preciosas!!!
We have plenty of raindrops to photograph here, but the roses have not yet bloomed. They are working on it. Great raindrop photos.
Nice captures, Diane! I love raindrop photography.
Diane - they are beautiful, the raindrops just add that little bit more don't they!
Hope your week is going well
All the best Jan
Your photos are lovely and there is no better subject than beautifully blooming fowers!
Wow, getting a second hole in each ear takes even more care. That's great that you gave yourself that little treat when you turned 60, Diane. :)
That camera is great! And so is the photographer!
My favorite things too -- wonderful pix of raindrops on roses (and other flowers). And do you really have roses -- there's another thing you have that is different from here in SW Florida. I don't see roses here at all. Love these pictures.
Such gorgeous blooms! Thank you for being a lovely flower that joined our garden party.
