A ‘Sculpture’ along the road for Good Fences!

You just never know what you’ll see when you travel.

And sometimes you can’t tell WHAT in the WORLD you ARE seeing from a distance.

I thought it looked like a dog from a distance and when we got a little closer my hubby thought it looked like a bird.

No…it’s just a skull of some sort on top of a post on top of a mailbox.

But it had a fence in the background so I’m sharing the pics today

and joining Tex for Good Fences!

Enjoy your life wherever the road takes you!

Hello, it is amazing what you can see riding on the back roads. Nice gate and entrance. The longhorns and skull are a neat decor for their mailbox. Happy Thursday, enjoy your day and weekend!

Diane, That is so funny. I love the fancy gate and fence...but for me that mailbox would have to go. :):) Blessings, xoxo, Susie

Love that fence with the bicycle behind it! Kind of looks like something pictured out of a magazine. Doesn't really seem to go hand in hand with the skull. Interesting though..... Hope your day is grand.

Hello!:) That's a very nice entrance gate. There are even red flowers poking out from behind the mailbox, and the skull does draw ones eyes towards the mailbox from a distance,...enough said!!

we too, see the strangest things sometimes, usually when we travel the back roads. the gate is pretty, with the bike. i find bikes enhance most scenes!!!

How long do you drive around before you find these items to photograph? You find the oddest things! I do think it helps to have a driver. I drive alone so I must keep my eyes on the road otherwise I would probably see lots of interesting and unique things here in AR too. I need to get myself a chauffeur! LOL! And a good camera!

LOL- I think it looks like a flying prehistoric creature myself. GREAT fences though. Hope you are doing well. We were just in FL for a few days-on the East coast. I was so glad to be by the ocean for a bit. xo Diana
