The Beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of NC

We’ve traveled North to enjoy some time in the mountains.

We had a wonderful trip and are happy to be in our condo, enjoying the cooler mountain air! (hope our weather stays nice)

I walk out onto the balcony to take pics every day!

Do you see the airplane?

I’ll crop it for you!

We have lots to do while we’re here so my time on the computer will be limited but I hope I can visit some. It’s relaxing to spend time in ‘blogland’ but I have limited internet.

There’s an airplane in this next shot too!

Thought I would put together a little mosaic using just one photo. I cropped it from top to bottom and then put it back together…in the wrong order! heehee! I just have to mix things up a little! Maybe it’s the high altitude!

(this is the photo at the top, all cut up and put back together!)

I’m joining Mosaic Monday HERE.

Enjoy your time in the mountains. Sounds like we're in for some rain but certainly the hurricane won't reach where you are!

I like your clever idea of a cropped photo mosaic, very inventive indeed. Hope the weather stays fine for you up there, friends who live on Hilton Head are evacuating today! Bon vacance.

The Blue Ridge Mountains have so many different hues to thrill the soul. Thank you for sharing - and love the way you made a mosaic with the rearrangement of one photo. Visiting from Maggie's Normandy Life.

I love all these beautiful, scenic pictures. Please be safe in NC, as Hurricane Florence comes through. I'll be praying for you and all effected by the storm.

Be safe and take care! Blessings, Net

Enjoy my friend. Are you safe from the storm?

The last I heard from Sam, Monday at 2am ... from now on letters only, they were preparing for the hurricane. He is located in South Carolina.

Breath taking photos, my friend. Now I am wondering if you thought the storm was going North when after you got in the mountains and heard it was coming South. I hope that you are away, far away from it and can relax a little. Have a relaxing weekend.
