'Just Breathe'

I got up yesterday and the humidity wasn't as high as usual. It's already hot here....near 90 every day so when the humidity is low, it's perfect for a morning HIKE!!!

And this is what I found at the beginning of the trail!

It felt great to be back out in nature.

And there was so much to see!

After the control burn earlier in the Spring, the woods have come back to life! It's amazing how fast they recover here in Florida!

And there are wildflowers galore!

Berries ripening on the vine

and even cactus blooming along the fence!

Have you had a chance to get out on a walk this week! It's good for what ails you!

And even with the pollen it's nice to 'just BREATHE'!

I’m joining Thankful Thursdays .

Hello,

There is so much to see, if you look. I love your nature walk images. The flowers and berries are pretty. Nice looking trail. Enjoy your day, wishing you a happy weekend!

That was a fine message to begin your walk. I haven’t had a lot of pretty walks like yours, but I have done a lot of walking lately.

I bought a sack of smooth stones at Hobby Lobby, intending to paint them and leave them in places for people to find. You have reminded me that I need to do this as someone just might need a smile or a word of encouragement.

Lovely morning walk!
Oh how I miss walking!
With a messed up knee I have just graduated from a cane...but still am not up to walking very far.

Great photos from your walk. It is nice to get outside and enjoy nature. All of those flowers are beautiful. That painted stone you saw might be a "ninja pebble" or similarly named type of artwork. (People make artwork, whether it be rocks or other items, then leave them someplace, for someone else to find. I think it's a great idea. I have a link on my blog for one "art ninjas" group that does it in England.)

Oh such pretty wildflowers on your hike, Diane! We walk every day and it's warming up for us as well. We try to get out early morning before it gets too warm. Have a nice evening.

What a great message to find :)

We enjoyed a walk earlier this week, but the weather certainly wasn't as good as yours!
I had another walk today but it was around our local supermarket!

All the best Jan

It's raining here again, which is so unusual. A big thunderstorm came through last night. Dogs were OK, not to troubled. I love your hiking trails, your nature pictures.

Yikes now I know what temps will be like when we are in FL towards the end of May, but a cousin had "warned" me about the heat. Good idea to get out and enjoy the flowers before the heat wilts you.

I have enjoyed my hike with you - it is always hard for me to get out and enjoy walking in these humid conditions here in Thailand. So always happy to come on a virtual walk. Love the stone!
