*Grace*

I had so much fun dressing this little dollie for Halloween. (I went crazy with the effects, Donna!)

She’s a doll made by a Florida artist, Linda Rick.

Here’s a little of what she’s written on her website HERE

“In a faraway place, there lived a Doll Maker who created the most enchanting collection of dolls. The story would begin long ago with a little girl who believed she could bring her dolls to life with porcelain and paints and the belief that fairy tales can come true. She would magically bring each little creature to life with their own distinctive look and a name to suit their whimsical ways. Every little one has been brought to life in a magical way by The Doll Maker.”

A neighbor of mine in Florida crocheted the sweet little outfit and I bought it for Grace to wear for Halloween. She even has a black feather in her hat!

Hi Miss Lavender Dreams,

So purr-tee. Where is Wendy? You ask about holiday decor - oh yeah, it's in the third box from the ceiling over by the fireplace wall. Poor Mom, I think she gets high on cardboard packing box and tape fumes. Giggle. I keep reminding her to focus on the other house. (o: Only 17 more days.

Heaps of Hugs
Prudence ♥

Wendy, are you there?

Just the perfect Halloween outfit for a fabulous doll ;D
I spent the weekend with my sister and we visited a huge store that had all the holiday decorations on display. We both hyperventilated and giggled like little kids all the way around. I spent a fortune...but that's just between you and me :D
Enjoy the holiday preparations.

Oh, she's so sweet, and I really like the clothes that your friend crocheted for her. I have always loved dolls, especially cloth dolls. So, if you ever have a cloth doll to share, let me know.

Happy Halloween!

Good morning Diane, I just read your sweet comment on Blue Monday's post. Thank you so much for my birthday wishes. Being with my sisters is the best gift always.

I love your adorable doll all dressed up for Halloween. The dress is a perfect fit and the sweetest gift. It all looks so festive for Halloween in your vignette. I concentrated on Fall this year more than Halloween.

Wishing you happy days.
