with a splash of color and a promise of fun!
I took these with natural light (no flash) so that you can get an idea of the true colors!
I have been blessed to become friends with Jan at My Sanctuary .
and she sent me this beautiful print and we got it framed this week!
It's "Beach Boy with Fish" by Jennifer Markes .
Doesn't it set the tone when you enter my home?
Special thanks to Jan for giving me such a wonderful gift....her friendship means the world to me.
It's fun to decorate a home in Florida. It allows you to use bright colors and different styles. I picked up these purple shells on New Smyrna Beach. And the sand dollars are from Jekyll Island, Ga.
I hope Jan feels better soon and that her hand heals quickly!
Enjoy your day!

Wow..yes! It is right for your home! Perfect! I see trips to the Bahama's, Jamacia, and tons of other places..(NO Haiti..ok?)
Or Chili for that matter.. It's hard to believe and I am in earthquake country BIG TIME!
The bowl with the tiny shell in the middle. How sweet that is..
We have shells too because of the island in Maine. I can't wait to go searching this summer.
It's always an adventure.
Thanks for your sweet comments on my posts no matter how lame they are. You make me feel good.
Love and hugs,

The print is beautiful and sets your home off perfectly! Suzie xxx
Just love that dresser curio!! Such a great piece. I would want to be greeted by sea treasures too..., my entry is small though, so in this house there's no space.
Love your beachy entry. And that print is beautiful.
Your foyer is very inviting and love the colors in the painting.
Warmly,
Deb :)
It's a lovely entryway and wonderful painting. I love your shells. You are encouraging me to leave mine out around our home.
