Not everyone has a lighthouse to decorate for the holidays!
But thanks to my hubby I have a HUGE lighthouse in my kitchen!
Look at that Florida sunshine pouring in! Isn't this FUN?
And I think Santa is happy to get his elves to help!

and perfect for a little Christmas display!

Have you noticed how much I love lighthouses. That is great and he did such a wonderful job. No place for me to do that here....bummer.... I love your little elves on ladders and the scene you made around it. So cute and Christmas like.

What an adorable corner! Your husband did a great job on the lighthouse! I love painting things like that on the walls! I saw a grandfather clock painted on a wall once (It was hot pink! LOL!) and thought...What a great idea! Maybe one day!

My friend, I love, love, LOVE your lighthouse and I also LOVE how you decorated it for Christmas! It really is just adorable with all those sweet little elves climbing up the ladders! That's too cute! Well...I love it and it looks sooo fun and festive! I bet you DID have fun decorting this corner of your kitchen! You honey did a fabulous job painting that lighthouse...it's awesome!!!

Sweet little corner where the elves are climbing the lighthouse walls. No, every corner around here is a challenge. I'm getting too many ideas for the amount of space so must start limiting myself pronto.
I love lighthouses, so how neat that you get to have one to look at all the time! Love the little elves. My mom used to have a little shelf sitter elf somewhere. Hmmmmm....

I loved seeing your lighthouse again. Who knew that elves loved lighthouses?
You asked about design challenges. Two come to mind: (1) a small apartment with no space to put anything and (2) one large, buff-colored kitty (Hunter)who thinks any decoration or even non-decoration is a toy for him.
I keep telling Hunter that Santa will not be pleased with his antics, but he does not seem to care about the red-suited guy.
Wow! What a small world! El Dorado is exactly where I live! We've lived here about 14 yrs now! I've been to Arkadelphia a few times when we went to Lake DeGray. It's beautiful up there!

That lighthouse is fun. Anything with that graphic of black and white is pretty cool.
That is so adorable! The lighthouse is fun all on it's own and then with all of those little elves it just looks like Santa's workshop. :-) My kiddos would absolutely go nuts in there! Thanks so much for linking up to the party!

The elves are so cute decorating your lighthouse and yes, I love that Florida sunshine coming in through the window. Could use a bit more of it lately, but when I watch that blizzard up North on the news, I'll settle for what we have right now, lol.
