Sholom is Peace

"Let all who enter enjoy nature in the spirit of human enhancement.  Let this park be the seed that grows and flowers.  Peace is the world's goal."

It's so nice to have a beautiful park nearby. I spent an hour in Sholom Park this weekend and enjoyed the serenity of this beautiful place!

With the cold weather here in Florida, many of the trees look like Autumn!

Can you please warm things up before Feb? I want to escape the cold. Ha!

Love all your decorations. I've never seen the "shelf" above the door and it's so awesome how you can see it from outside.

My cell phone doesn't take photos as nice as yours. I guess I need to experiment. That is a lovely park and it's nice it's so close. We took out our fleece coats today and I was glad we brought them. Havea great day.

Diane your cell phone takes wonderful photos! This looks like a lovely park in which to take a stroll.

We had over two feet of snow ysterday so I'll be homebound a few days till it melts.

Hope you had a very merry Christmas and that 2011 will bring many more blessings!

Hello Pam,

Thank you so much for stopping by and letting me know about the swap. Sounds like so much fun. Thank you so much for your purchases. I surely do appreciate it.

The park is beautiful. What I wouldn't give to be there, in Florida now, instead of cold and snowy Minnesota. We have had so much snow this December it is terrible.

Wishing you a Happy New Year.
Cheers,
Tonya

What a wonderful park, I love the whole layout and thought process that went into its creation. Thanks for adding the link to the other site, it took me on the whole tour through the labyrinth and made me put this on my list of places to go. Gosh, you could just while away a whole day there and come away with your spirit renewed.

Happy New Year!

Love your blog. Have you ever seen the movie "Ladies in Lavendar"? If not you should check it out. It's maybe 5 years old.

Happy New Year,
