What’s on your windowsill?

I have the prettiest window in my kitchen. The window is comprised of glass blocks and it has a marble windowsill.

Gorgeousness!!! I love every bit of it and I am going to take a second look after I comment.

Diane, you are a stinker, a cute, sweet, encouraging, kind stinker, that is. ;) JUST came back with mail from my box. hahahaha I smiled, I laughed, I cried, and then I laughed some more. Totally get your comment now. When you first commented, I came over and searched your blog for clues but had NONE. You're good. ;) I am collecting a few illustrations from blogging friends, such as Fifi and Anita, and hope to mat them and hang a few frames over my art table. This was PERFECT!!! Made my day.

Hugs and kisses, love.
XOXO
Marcia

You definitely love Florida and the beach! It all looks so pretty. My area is not very large. All I have is this pretty ceramic little bird which I love looking at.

Hugs,

I love your windowsill and vignette of beach themed goodies, and it would be wonderful opening the curtain and seeing the light streaming through and making it magical every morning. FUNtastic!

Oh I agree Diane, you sure do have a pretty window sill. I wish mine were a bit wider so I could display some more pretties too. I love what you have on it, and the fact you have that cute little curtain too.

Love the glass blocks. We have a small collection of toys we keep finding in the garden. The former owners of our house had 4 small kiddos.

Details? You are the Queen of Details and I enjoy seeing all your collections. If I am good at seeing details, it's only at your house!

Hi Diane, yes girl let the sunshine in. The first thing I do in the morning is open all of my blinds. Good Morning Sunshine! Your beach display is so fun and definately warms my heart. My kitchen window has a metal basket with plants and an old scale with a bit of cherry decor. At least for this week. lol!

What a sweet beach vignette on your sunny window sill Diane. The kitchen window over the sink is the ONLY window sill in our house as I begged hubby to make one for me.
I keep fresh flowers and knick knacks on my small sill.

I love that you've brought the beach to your windowsill, Diane! What's on my windowsill are ends from soap logs I've made. Before I cut the soap log into bars, I always cut off the very ends and set those in the windowsill. I need to gather them and put them away, but that's what happens to have accumulated there over the past month. lol

I adore deep windowsills like yours, Diane! So pretty. Cute little display! Our kitchen windowsill is very small, and currently there is a very ripe peach sitting on it, nothing else.... ;P

I wish I had a windowsill. None of our windows have them. Yours is so pretty.

Good Morning, Diane

What a clever idea to have a window underneath some cabinets! Your arrangement of treasures shows your personal interests. My window sill has 2 small plants and a couple of small buds in a tiny glass. It's narrow sill, but I love having it.

Enjoy your day,
Karen

Wish I lived in Florida too. We once visited every summer but just don't have the energy to travel any more. Our daughter is building a summer beach home in Hilton Head maybe HH will decide we can go there. Beautiful window and decor.
