We have some of the most beautiful clouds here in Florida. But this post isn’t about the pretty white fluffy clouds.
(this was taken right after the shower)
We had dark clouds roll through late one afternoon and bring us shower.
I walked outside and the grass was sparkling with drops of rain. The sun was out and everything was clean and beautiful.
Our home is on a Golf Course so this is our view from the kitchen window after a rain. (that’s a golf cart path winding through)

I love taking photos after some rain. The other day we had a brief rain shower and we sat under the gazebo and listened as it hit the canvas roof.
I can't remember the last time it rained in our part of California. We haven't had sun either - just lots of fog on the coast.
Yesterday we had sun for awhile and our new puppy was scared of my shadow since she hadn't seen one yet.

We were sitting at a restaurant when that storm rolled through, I saw the most beautiful rainbow at the end when we walked outside. I do love the washed clean feeling after a storm.
So pretty! I love the smell of the freshly-drenched earth after a shower.
