Don’t you love bringing out your favorite Spring things to decorate your home.
I’m not changing things out nearly as much as I used to….
keeping things simple and less cluttered.
But oh how I love my favorite things.
(most everything is vintage from the thrift store, the cloth bunny is by Bet’s dolls, I MISS her Etsy shop!)
I bought this little set of Beatrix Potter books….
all of them for a nickel this week!
What a FUN find!
And the rabbit paper dolls are actually wooden, made by my good friend Pat in Colorado. She’s always so sweet to give me a set when she makes them, usually for my birthday. I treasure them!
Have you put out a few pretty Spring bunnies to enjoy?
Happy Spring!

Happy Spring to you! I love your spring decor and especially the great bargains. The wooden paper dolls are precious.
Diane, Those are adorable decorations. I love the cloth bunny doll. Blessings for a great new week there in Florida. :) xoxo, Susie
Yes my bunnies are out here in Nanaland. They just make me happy looking at them. I love those paper doll bunnies...so sweet.
A veritable rabbit warren of Spring bunny rabbits, all so pretty, a bright and cheery way to celebrate the changing of the seasons. Finding all those Beatrix Potter books was simply amazing, I remember being thrilled when I found just one on an English market stall a couple of years ago, lucky you.
Happy Mosaic Monday.
Sticker shock for sure on this BP books! They go for much more in an antique shop, looking much more worn too! What a find! I love reading ours to our grands.
Your new header photo is so beautiful!
Such cute Spring things! I do less decorating also but I must bring out some of my bunnies each year. Hugs and enjoy your week!
Happy Spring to you, as Ii look out my widow and see the snow that fell here last night! I do enjoy the world of Beatrix Potter! Have a wonderful week!!

What darling little bunnies - so fun to decorate with!
Hi Diane, your spring decorations are so nice and perfect for spring and easter. I love the bunnies theme. Thanks for sharing at our Cooking and Crafting with J & J!
I can't wait for warm weather and spring to arrive here.
Have a wonderful week.
Julie xo
Your decorations are all so cute! I still have St. Patrick's Day decorations on my table and hanging on the door. Easter will be up on the 18th!!
Even though we're getting more snow and the last storm's worth is still on the ground, I have indeed put Spring out around This Old House. Even wreaths on the door -
Love those rabbit paper dolls, Diane. And that cute bunny figurine in the first picture caught my eye - those porcelain figurines are my favorite and so hard to find any more. Wow, you got a great deal on the Beatrix Potter books! Yes, I've put a few Easter lovelies out, and like you, I kept it simple this year. : )
love, ~Sheri

Glad you dropped bymy blog today
much love...
What adorable decorations...eye-pleasing for sure...:)JP
Sweet decorations. Getting ready for St Patrick's Day this weekend.
Then setting up for the Easter Bunny. Irish Eyes are smiling.
I think your decorations look lovely.
I have a lot of Mother's Day gifts and flowers on display at the moment as we celebrated Mother's Day in the UK over the weekend.
I will get some Easter Décor out shortly.
My good wishes
All the best Jan
All your spring things are so cute.
What a deal on the Beatrix Potter books. My son Sam, loves the story of Samuel Whiskers. :-)
Being a Beatrix Potter fan, I am so surprised what you paid for her books! What a great bargain. I too, love your sweet little bunny paper dolls. I am waiting until St. Patrick's is over before I put out my little spring bunnies. Easter is so early this year, though, so maybe I should follow your lead. ♥
I will be on vacation most of the time, so no decorations. I have been dragging on putting anything out because of the snow. I love your though!
Oh so sweet. I'd never seen wooden paper dolls before - or if I did - I forgot. They are just darling. I am in love with all paper dolls - and your little books are the sweetest. Happy week ahead my dear. I have my spring things out - but no pix yet.
What a find you found in those books! I adore the wooden paper dolls.
Hi there my friend, glad you stopped by and yes, it was so so fun to meet Susan! She is very real and down to earth, I enjoyed her so much. I've loved her books and blog for a long time. Have you read her books? I think you would've enjoyed this book signing so much, wish you could've been there too! I loved the eagles in the previous post too, they are such amazing birds as are the hawks, owls, osprey etc. I love today's post you put up, love all the sweet little bunnies and spring time stuff and those little books are a great find! Like you, I only put out a few things this year. It's so much easier to put it all away then.
Your decorations are adorable!
What a great find on the books! Happy Spring:@)
Wonderful spring decor! I'm going to be away so I'm not decorating here. The Beatrix Potter books are so cute - we have a set of them, from when the children were small - and I don't want to let go of them. The wooden rabbit paper dolls are adorable!
What a beautiful display! I love those wooden "paper dolls" I used to love playing with paper dolls when I was young...do they even make those sets anymore? I wonder
Have a great day!
Blessings, Joanne
This is such a dear little post...I do love Beatrix Potter and can’t believe what you got the books for ( That’s a REAL bargain) I’m absolutely involve with the darling little bunny that your friend made( too cute) ... I’ve enjoyed your whimsical Easter display.. Hugs
Oh my, I can't remember the last time I played with paper dolls, but it was an activity that I thoroughly enjoyed (and one we could afford). Your rabbit 'paper' dolls look very durable - an important feature, darling.
Our house is decidedly undecorated at the moment, since all of my Easter things are in storage! Next year! (and living vicariously through all my blogging buddies!)
Happy Spring my dear! Lovely decorations and I canNOT believe you got that whole set of tiny Beatrix Potter for that price -- incredible!!! I don't have much room for collections, but I wouldn't have been able to pass those up. Wow. (I always used to give that version of Peter Rabbit as a baby shower gift along with the Peter Rabbit sippy cup and cereal bowl set....back in the day -- when people I knew were having babies.)
Happy Happy Spring! Darling decorations!
I am partial to bunnies(I have two), so I love your sweet Easter/Spring decorations.

Sweet spring things.....love the little doll and paper dolls :) Hugs xo Karen
everything is just lovely!! i have so many "bunny" bins upstairs that never came downstairs this year. i LOVE seasonal decorating but the last few years i have not been doing it. i don't have much company and doing it just for us seems a little silly!!
happy spring, i enjoyed your images!!!
I love all the sweet bunnies and paper dolls in your pictures. The Beatrix Potter books were such a good find! Happy Spring dear Diane! Xox
I love how you enjoy life, its contagious! I don't switch things out as much as I used to either. And now, I'm 70 (I can hardly believe it ) and have more 'stuff' than ever. You'd be proud of me I think....I've been bravely downsizing my library. Don't worry though....there are two walls of books I cannot part with for now. =) Those Peter Rabbit cut outs are darling. Did you know that Michaels have lots of paper doll books? I enjoyed your post...and have the same little B.Potter books as you. The art work is gorgeous! I liked her movie 'Miss Potter' also. Wishing you a happy day dear friend...
It is fun to decorate for all of the holidays...I have always done that, but like many others have scaled down, Yours are charming.
Diane, I do love all things Beatrix Potter. What a great buy for a nickel each! I've not heard of wood paper dolls but what a wonderful idea! Sturdy and sweet!
I admire your photos of animals! This little turtle is really beautiful!
Happy weekend !
I don't change out too much, but I did dress Pep the Monkee in his Irish knit sweater for today's festivities. Next on the dress up list is bunny ears and then his baseball uniform. Hope you're having a great weekend.
Your spring things are very cute, especially the wooden paper dolls/bunnies.
