Featuring an Artist!

Did I go to another Arts and Crafts show over the weekend?

Well, maybe!  ; )

It looks like I drove out in the country to take these photos but this beautiful church is close by and has some neat sculptures and statues in the areas around the parking lot!

I saw a lot of beautiful things and these Victorian style art objects were my favorite. There were so many pretty things on her table that I didn't know what to look at first.

She uses decoupage to work her magic!

I ended up buying a pretty little angel charm to put on my dresser, and she picked out another angel and gave it to me!

 Jewels by Mindy (Mindy Silberstein)

Thank you Mindy!

I knew they would be perfect among the candles, fairies and angels on my dresser.

I love beautiful things, don't you?

Oh and chickens! heehee!

I’m joining Angie for Mosaic Monday HERE .

I wondered why chickens in a church yard, but in the last shot, it looks like they are for small kids to sit on. I thought the collage of your collection was from the church sale. the new one fits perfectly in your collection.

Diane - the only thing that would make this post better would be to have a picture of you standing next to that chicken! Love Mindy's work - a labor of love, to be sure. Enjoy the rest of your week, and thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday!

I love visiting arts and craft shows. We don't have many in our area, maybe that makes them more special. Your angel charm is so pretty and that rooster. Is he as big as he looks? Standing by that fence he looks a good six feet tall :)
