‘Fun Finds’ Vintage Style of course!

I found this little cradle at New Visions in Fletcher, NC.

I did a post featuring this shop a few years ago HERE.

It’s always at the top of my list to visit and I always find something neat!

This week I found TWO neat things and here’s the first one.

I wanted to put cute little blankets and a dollie in the cradle but I was afraid my time would run out. It’s screwed together and I am SURE hubby will take it apart to haul it back to Florida soon! lol

But it looks pretty cute with the buffalo we bought for $2.50 and the doggie that traveled with me on the trip.

The cradle was marked $15 but when I took it to the check out, it was on sale for $10! SCORE!

Foam and Fabrics is always on my list to shop when I’m here but believe it or not I didn’t buy any more fabric this trip! I am still trying to use what I have and not purchase more until I see a little room on a shelf! lol But isn’t this a neat antique car?

That car is so cute! Love the red. And what a sweet little cradle. I think there'll be a lot of happy occupants.

That looks so cute. I bought an antique cradle at an estate sale awhile back and it's sitting in my office waiting for me to refinish it. I couldn't decide what I wanted to do with it, but seeing how cute yours looks, I may keep it and get a raggedy Ann doll to sit in it. Thanks for the great idea!

How cute. Dollies will sleep well. Sheer willpower not to buy material.

Hi Miss Lavender Dreams,

The Foam & Fabric store wasn't far from where M&D stayed last year when they were looking for a house. She says the intersection looks familiar and there is an Ingle's there. She is pretty sure that is where she saw that store. Isn't there a church on the corner on the right side?

Its a darling little cradle. Your dollies are going to fight over that one ;) , but your little travel puppy may just decide to claim it before they get a chance. Blessings my sweet friend

Love the cradle. I have a Jenny Lynn baby crib (taken apart) down in my basement. I bought it new and used it for both of my girls when they were babies. The entire thing is spindles just like the corner ones on your find. Yours sure would be cute filled with dolls. I say you got a real deal on it. The old antique car is bright as a shiny red apple, so cute.
Have a great weekend.

What a sweet cradle, Diane. It is meant for the perfect doll or stuffed animal. I think I would put special vintage dolls in there. You always find the nicest things and turn them into treasures.

Have a happy weekend, friend.

So cute! It's perfect for you and I'm sure some of your dolls are going to love it haha! Been super busy converting my girls' room to a guest room and redecorating our bathroom. Today I'll be finishing painting and reorganizing the bathroom closet. I'm on a clean, purge, donate and paint binge lol.
