“Wednesday Wee Ones” and the Gingerbread Men

I mentioned my Gingerbread men in a comment and someone asked about them! So I thought I would sneak a Wednesday Wee Ones in for the holiday season! I started with an old post and added some pics! So now it still has some OLD comments! I guess you'll understand if you start to comment...and see that you already did...last year! lol  Isn't that a VERY good thing! I still have some of the same friends that are sweet enough to visit my blog! Thanks!

Here's Wendy and Johnny...

Gingerbread Children

by Ilo Orleans

Gingerbread children
Stand in a row--
Very good children
Always, you know.
They never will jump
Or kick or leap.
Or start to cry when
It's time to sleep
They never run off
Or look around
And no one has heard
Them make a sound.
Gingerbread children
Are fine to meet;
But, much better still;
They're good to eat.

Enjoy the day! Take time to PLAY!

Leave it to you to have your dolls dressed in gingerbread clothes for the gingerbread tea. Too cute! Also, the gingerbread men and women you made are adorable. Not to mention the sweet little poem.

I think you are having too much fun again ;-) Lucky you.

I am off to check out the giveaway post. I must have missed it.

Don't you have any friends to come over and play house with you and your wonderful dolls? I volunteer.
You just amaze me with the fun you have dressing up your dolls. How old did you say you were. I think I may have made a mistake and have been conversing with a young girl. Just kidding. Have a great tea party, you and Tatum
I meant to ask you where you get your wonderful dolls?

Well, I didn't post on this thread last year. I love seeing Johnny again. And who can resist Wendy and Tatum?

My matching Gingerbread man is one of the few holiday decorations that Hunter cannot break.

I love Gingerbread men and/or ladies! Your dolls are beautiful. My Mom was a doll collector and she loved her dolls. Thanks for sharing and the sweet comment you left me.

Have a wonderful evening,

So cute! I always love those little baby dolls. I know they are collectible, but I guess I like them the best because the dools I played with as a little girl were always babies and not so much girls in pretty dresses. I mean, I'm the girl who loved dolls but never understood the Barbie thing and only owned 3 of those in my lifetime.

I especially lofe the little boys dolls. So hard to find cute ones that actually look like boys. So I love Jenny and Johnny!

Love your teaparty girl too. Reminds me a display I made for college. I had a visual display class, so my disply was a big girl doll dressed up in a party dress holding a present. Her party guests were her teddy bears. Someday I need to hunt up the pictures to show on my blog. You'd probably enjoy those.

Thanks for another great link up on my blog party.
