Getting a photo of my son, Douglas in the mail today!
I MISS my boys !!!
Taking the little doll I bought at the Festival this weekend....
and making more! (although I have to admit that this doll was WELL worth the $4 I paid!)
And to walk into the lanai and see them together!
Seeing the beautiful sky....
and the azaleas blooming in my flower bed!
And finding a new blog called Karen Maggies Crafts

Loved all the photos and those dolls are adorable. That lavender plant is what I hope mine will look like this year. My family makes me Happy and great friends like you.
I just love the rose photo, I never edit my photos that I publish anywhere online, making collages doesn't count does it. Also how lovely to have a current photo of your son, I miss my girls. :(

Your son looks a lot like you!How fun to have had boys to raise. I had two girls and had to wait for our first grandson...he is so sweet and such a joy to us (boys are so different from raising girls) LOL

Love your list of happy things! It's great to read of your positive attitude and outlook on life. Today I am happy b/c my college aged daughter called me first. I also had a happy moment when I walked into the living room and saw a line of little army men on my coffee table left by my 5 year old. And I was happy last night to fall asleep to the sound of rain hitting my window.
I just met a someone you know - Rhondi from Rose Colored Glasses. She said she met you a while back and I saw your blog on hers too! Small world.

I'm happy today to read upbeat posts like yours! and.. the SUN is shining here... no snow or rain!
Some patches of blue sky and sunshine after a long winter...and taking photographs of snowdrops and crocus in our garden.

I could tell that was your son before I read it! He certainly resembles you. Sweet! The little dolls are darling. My azaleas are just now beginning to open. I love this season.
