This is my favorite party of the month!
(I did an updated photo with Santa coming down the chimney but I didn’t post a close up!)
I thought I would post some of the photos from this holiday season.
I think sweet holiday vignettes would make fun Christmas cards…and maybe a barn with a wreath!
Do you send many cards at Christmas time? I send quite a few and it’s a joy to receive them, too!
I’m joining Vee at a Haven for Vee!
Happy Holidays!

It's all set now, Diane! Never a problem...
Oh my! If you don't have that last photo made up into some Christmas Cards for next year... That would make a special gift for so many of your friends...a card and your photography. It's frame worthy. One of the draws back to your cozy corner of Blogdom are the sweet vignettes you create. Just wonderful!

Merry Christmas dear friend! Such festive and beautiful photos for note cards. That last one is spectacular. God bless you and yours. Mildred
Love the photos! I did not send a single Christmas card this year...very bad but time just got away from me. I have been gone so much and just yesterday finished shopping! Yikes! Wishing you a wonderful week.
hugs, Linda
We didn't send cards and haven't for a number of years but for the first time I really wished I had, esp when cards came in and they made me so happy. LOVE your vignettes, a greeting all their own today.
How festive and pretty! Aren't Vee's note card parties the best? I vote hands down for that last photo. Nobody can resist such country charm.
Your Christmas vignettes are so much fun. Your infamous barn and wreath would make an exceptional Christmas card.
Hello Diane
Lovely note cards, it's fun to see what everyone comes up with. The barn would make the perfect card for next year.
Judith
I love sending and recieving cards. I always add some bit of news, and hope people sending me cards do the same. I think you should make your own cards with the barn photo. xoxo,Susie
Love that last photo! I didn't get any cards out this year and I feel bad about it. :-(
Love you in your red jammies. If I don't get a chance. Merry Christmas!!
Warm jammies are in order here. We are in a blizzard warning for this afternoon/evening. Love all your photos. I only send out about 30 cards, all homemade.
Enjoy the season.
What great shots for note cards!
The candle holder is darling, the little wreathed barn a delight, the pink baubles...oh my! love 'em.
And the first shot too...what a great vignette.
I love the simple gifts of beautiful Christmas cards....I too send many,as they are the only gift I can afford to most of my family....blessings friend.
These are such sweet notecards! I love the vintage ones!
I love all your beautiful photos. This gives me an idea for next year to print my own cards.
Love your Christmas note cards and especially the barn. I haven't gotten around to sending Christmas cards this year and since time is getting short, I just may skip it altogether. I love receiving them, tho, and hearing news from friends and relatives.
Hi Diane, love all your Christmas decor and your photos are wonderful. Merry Christmas to you and yours! xo
Your beautiful photos would make beautiful Christmas cards. The barn is my favorite...but I have this thing about barns. Love them!!
hugs,
Cindy
I, for one, would love to receive one of your note cards. That candle holder with the little sleeping mouse and his wee slippers is the cutest thing ever!
I do send cards and look forward to receiving them too. E-cards just aren't quite the same, IMHO.
PS: A little pixie at my house wants to come to your house. If you wouldn't mind sharing your address to my e-mail (kimshappyhome@gmail.com) I will send him on his way.
Merry Christmas.
Hi! I love Christmas time! I love the pictures and your red pajamas!! Hope you have a very Merry Christmas!!
Love those beautiful photos!!
I like the first card best and also like your red PJs. By any chance, are those cats on them? I had some like that. We sent out about 50 cards this year.
Love your jammies! Fun selections for Vee's party. Love love love the barn!
Oh the barn is my favorite! I really like sending Christmas cards but got so busy this year that I forgot to buy any. I decided that I will go ahead and buy them now for us to send this next year!!
That last photo is perfect for a Christmas card. I am not much of a card sender I have to confess, although I love looking at them :)
Hugs,
Laura
Love all the Holiday Photos, not sure which would be my favorite, I think if I had to choose the first would be my favorite! Hugs, Diane
The barn is my fav!
Diane,
We send very few cards at Christmas time these days. I really miss that tradition, but it seems like it is waning amongst our friends and family. I remember when I was growing up I was the "stamp licker" who finally wised up and realized a sponge could do the job too! Ann
Like many others, I love that last photo. Perfect!!
Love the picture of the barn with the wreath. I saw this party on another blog too. Very fun!
Oh that bowl of pink ornaments has my name all over it!!! I sent out 65 cards this year only because I included my sons wedding picture. Oh, It is so expensive, I understand why people don't, but I love receiving them!
Carol
That is definitely great time of the year, I love all your decorations! This year we have a very modest decor: a few fur branches is about it for now. Closer to Christmas I'll add a few more things. Well, this being our transitional time lays the way we celebrate this year...
Merry Christmas, Diane!
I always love visiting you. Your perspective is always so positive.
I just sent out several Christmas card this past week. I headed for Barnes and Noble..ordered my coffee and sat by the fire and wrote cards. Ahhh...I made a special occasion of it.
Thank you for your sweet comments about my little embroidered Christmas quilt. I can see you making one with a beach theme. The fabric was Alexander Henry. He and Michael Miller create some beautiful prints.
Have a blessed day, my dear friend.

I'm going to take a little break! I want to have a *no-pressure* season and spend time with my family!
Sending warm wishes to you and your loved ones for a wonderful Christmas and much health and happiness for 2013.
Hugs,
Gaby
I wanted to stop in thank you for your visit!!
I am playing catch up...
Love those pink balls!! So pretty.
I send about 70 cards for Christmas....
Marry Christmas!!
Hugs,
Debbie
Hi namemate! Your blog never fails to make me feel the excitement of the season. Yay! I love each Christmas piece you feature. Wishing you a happy happy happy Christmas :)
I still do photo cards of my kids.. this year with the four dogs :-)
Love barn scenes!
What fun photos!! Love seeing your little bit of Christmas!
chris
I love every one of these notecards...or Christmas cards. Such a fun meme. I would definitely make some of these into non-virtual cards if I were you,
I love the bowl of pretty ornaments and that old barn photo is beautiful. They would all make sweet cards. Merry Christmas to you! Pamela
