Oh, we don’t have names yet?

I’m sure we’ll think of some pretty names.

IMG_5122

I’m using Bella’s pattern to create some dolls of my own and I have ‘SEW’ many ideas! And it’s FUN!!!

Kicking back in the lanai with our cool dresses and hot cups of tea.

The brunette is the first one I made and I had lots of ideas for her hair but then I just couldn’t bring myself to cut it…YET! lol

I’m joining Make it Pretty Monday and

Brenda for Tweak it Tuesday and

Ivy and Elephants for ‘What’s it Wednesday’!

having a little ‘Wednesday Wee Ones’ fun, too.

See you in the lanai…or the sewing room!

Aren't you having fun! Love the cherry fabric on her dress. So sweet! Love the long hair too. I wonder if she hates hair brushing as much as Josie does?

I'd love to come play. The brunette reminds me of myself as a little girl with long tangled hair. I usually wore it in a pony tail, except on Sundays when it was curled and worn down.
Enjoy your sewing and tea in the lanai.

Hi Miss Lavender Dreams,

No, I don't want to come and play at your house, way to many dolls and only a teddy bear or two and of course Monkey.

Besides, with my attitude Mr. Lavender Dreams may try to suck me up in that awful vacuum! E-U!

Hugs,
Prudence ♥

Oh Diane, I love these dolls. They remind me so much of Nel and Jess - one is brunette and one is blonde! I have to say that these are my favorite dolls so far. You are so talented!

I'd love to come to your house and play! Your dolls are adorable. And I scrolled through your posts and I also love the black cats! And the Raggedy Ann in progress, I think I like the face that is incomplete - doesn't she look so happy that way? You are so talented!

Sam I Am...... said...

Okay, I really think you should name the blonde one Sam as I USED to have long blond hair and I love anything with cherries on it! Is that Mary Engelbreit fabric? So cute....both of them. You're like an assembly line you whip them out so fast. You should open your own Etsy shop! Really! With the heat maybe they should be drinking iced tea?

Beautiful dolls! The one with the blond braids would have been a great one for me since I had long blond braids. But I *do* love the messy hair on the brunette -- very cute!
