Have you noticed if all of your comments are publishing? Mine weren’t!
I have comment moderation but I do that from the comments that come in as emails.
Imagine my surprise when Celestina Marie wrote and asked me if I had checked to see if all of my comments were published. She said her comments hadn’t shown up lately on my blog.
I found 47 comments…
47…in awaiting moderation!
Pat also wrote me to let me know!
Thanks to both of you!!!
So here’s how to check. Go to your navigation bar at the top of your blog, click Design, click comments, click awaiting moderation. You can publish your comments from there.
And that’s what I’ll have to do now for awhile. Because many are NOT coming in as email alerts. Also check your Spam while you are there. I didn’t have any.
I hope everyone has a nice day. Take care during the bad weather…stay warm and safe.
Our azaleas are blooming and we have pollen already. (but I’m not complaining about that!!!)
Happy Sunday!!!

Those azaleas are gorgeous--just the perfect touch of spring! Enjoy your Sunday!
Hi Diane, your Valentine's and hearts in the post below are precious. Hope you had a nice Valentine's day. We attended the memorial for a neighbor only 34 years old killed by a drunk driver Tuesday night. It was beautiful but very sad.
So glad you found your comments waiting to be published after my email. This has been an ongoing issue for 2 years for me and it is frustrating so checking spam and the dashboard is the way to go until it is fixed, which I do not see coming any time soon. So sweet of you to mention me but I was glad to help.
Have a blessed day and see you soon on the dashboard!! LOL
Hugs, CM
Gorgeous azaleas! I don't have email comments anymore. I moderate like you just described. Bad weather coming here..I've got to hit the grocery store after church for my version of milk and bread, which is Dr Pepper and English muffins.
Hi Diane! Those flowers are just gorgeous. Have fun as well!
Hugs,
Arlette
Diane, I some times can't open other's blog...it's our carrier...but I am not even going to try and straighten them out. So I do a lot of going in circles to visit blogs and leave comments. Blessings, xoxo,Susie
love the flowers.
I use Comment Moderation too, to filter out the spammy comments. When I look at my dashboard, it tells me I have comments awaiting moderation. Not until I have published them do they show up as an email in my inbox. I thought that's how it was for everyone...??
Gorgeous azalea!! We're in the midst of another nasty blizzard... arrggghhhhh!
Yes I have noticed that I really don't know why it is happening! Most comments come as e-mail notifications but a few stay out and wait for moderation in the blog.AriadnefromGreece!
Flowers and pollen?? Distant memories around here. I usually check comments through my blog anyway, but thanks for the info.
I've had a bit of a problem - but when I go to the first page on blogger there is a little red comment telling me if there are comments awaiting my approval - I just click the red comment and there they are - at one time I had 73 waiting to be approved - now I do it daily - plus read the ones that come in email.
Love the azalea - I saw a light pink rhododendron in full bloom the other day - they are always the first to bloom.
Happy almost spring - we are off to find Bald Eagles today.
Not seeing a problem here. Good grief, it was 9 degrees this morning and a snowstorm predicted for tomorrow afternoon. Wednesday morning they say -3 for the low. Yes, still lovin' the mountains but wish we had more snow this winter. Sigh.....
Hugs
I don't use comment moderation but have the same problem on and off with comment emails not coming through. Comments from Celestina haven't come through in nearly a year so I just have to check to see if she left one so I can respond. I only received emails for a couple of the comments on my most recent post. Darn Blooger!!
Your azaleas are beautiful. I so wish it was spring already. I stopped doing comment moderation awhile back so I haven't come across that issue.
D
Just checked and all seems to be in order here. Perhaps it's because I don't have mine come to my e-mails. Anyhow, thanks for the heads up.
Your azaleas are gorgeous. I'm looking forward to seeing them here too. Have a while to wait, however.
Oh, to have flowers blooming and green grass...I live in snow-country and I am counting my blessings. I don't live on the East coast, but -10 is still -10! I love the azaleas. Makes me smile :)
Have a happy day!
Deb
I have to check my comments on my blog once in awhile since not all come to my email as they should. Glad you found out. Hoping you are having a lovely day.
hugs,
Linda
Thanks for the tip! What a beautiful photo!
Thanks for the heads up. I am just getting back to the blogger world after being away. I will check it out. xo Diana
Beautiful azaleas. Wish I lived where you do.
Judy
Yay for blooming flowers!! I can't wait til I can say the same thing. I might just get excited over the dandelions!
Kim
Glad that you got that all squared away. Yes, I have been having troubles not only with receiving comments, but with leaving them. It can get annoying!
Your azaleas are gorgeous!
Sorry to hear about that unexpected surprise. I have comment moderation on for older posts, so I do check every few days. I also have several comments from the same 7-8 blogs that never show up in my email, so I have to check comments directly on my blog. So strange and not sure why that happens.
Yes, this has been a problem for a while. It is best to check your blog's dashboard and not rely upon e-mail notifications. I have been told that gmail and yahoo addresses are not coming through. I don't know whether that is true or not, but something is messed up.
I've not noticed a problem with comments coming through, but I'll be checking as you've advised.
Beautiful azaleas - such bright and cheery colors.
I wish all bloggers would check spam regularly. Once in awhile a comment of mine will disappear once "submit" is clicked and it never shows up. For awhile, my comments on WP blogs were going straight to spam. If I was able to find a way to contact and alert the author, they were always very grateful and were able to fix the issue.
I feel badly when someone is nice enough to comment to me and I am unable to return the favor because of these quirks!
Diane, I am composing a post on this very subject!! About a week ago, (yes, after almost 3 years of blogging!), I saw a discrepancy in the line up of comments between my inbox and on the blog. Then, I went into my dashboard and saw the ones missing from my inbox!!
Your azaleas are beautiful, as is your new header!
Hugs,
Poppy
Glad you got your comments! I know how much it means to me when people take the time to leave a comment on my blog.
Alas I have been informed that some of my dear readers have trouble leaving comments but it is not due to moderation. I have yet to figure it out. Glad you worked your issue out.
Have a beautiful day dear one!
Pretty azaleas -- I don't think I've seen any of them here in Ft M. Maybe it's warmer here or something. (We used to grow them in Oregon -- everybody there does!). Yours is just are beautiful.
Sorry for your trouble...I've been blogging almost 8 yrs and have never used moderation on my comments....and all mine come thru to my email.
Hope you get it fixed soon.
Yeah, I always check Comments Awaiting Moderation from my Dashboard. Many do not get to email. The azaleas are gorgeous. We once had some, but the soil is now much too hard and muddy for them to thrive. Yours are such a beautiful color :)
Good evening, sweet friend! I am so glad you were able to get everything worked out. I, too, have been having issues with comments - maybe Google is doing some work??
Have a lovely Monday! Hugs!
My incoming comments show up in my email awaiting moderation...I never publish them from there - I just delete them, because they're waiting for me to publish them after I go into my blog and click on comments, then on "awaiting moderation". I sure hope everyone is getting my comments on their blogs.
Your azaleas are so beautiful and I'm so green with envy! We have snow falling and cold weather, definitely not azalea weather here.
I have more problems with leaving a comment. I'll type it and click Publish and nothing shows up. It's so frustrating.
Beautiful Azaleas! I think I am getting my comments. Yes, I do have to check my junk mail too!
Deb
That is a good tip! Good to know.

Your azaleas are gorgeous! It was 67 here Saturday and yesterday 17 degrees! A 49 degree difference in less than 12 hours! Now it's snowing! LOL! But I did notice the daffodils are up about 4 inches.
Your azaleas are huge and gorgeous!! Perfect color!! And when it's azalea time, it's also yellow pine tree pollen time!!
Thanks for the tip Diane and blooming azaleas already?! So jealous, it will be a long time yet before we see any blooms here!
Diane...I have a wordpress blog and I just realized today that I had comments from my blogging friends that are going into my spam folder and they shouldn't be.
Now I will make sure to check in there.
~Cindy
Technology can be so frustrating sometimes! I don't have Blogger, but a couple of months ago I stopped getting email notifications when a comment was made. It fixed itself a week or two later which is good because I never would have figured it out!
