Let's play a game!

What doesn't belong?

There might be differing opinions as to what doesn't belong in these but that just makes it even more fun!

Answer whichever one you want to or answer them ALL!

It's just for fun!

There are no wrong answers and I was told that's the easiest kind of test! lol

Have you had a good week?

Any time for fun and games?

(I did think it was sad to see a discarded mask on the ground where I parked at the trailhead...sign of the times I guess!)

The weather is perfect for hiking in Florida right now, so I get out as much as I can! If I had more energy, I would be out on the trails every day!
Have Pink Cap will HIKE!

I'm joining Angie for Mosaic Monday HERE .

I'm linking with All Seasons at the Jesh Studio,

AND my Monday post HERE.

Hello,

Beautiful natures scenes. It does feel good to get outside and enjoy the good weather and a walk. Love the pretty flowers and berries.
Wishing you a great day and a happy new week!

Diane, I can hear you singing right now....found a peanut. LOL Oh why would anyone discard anything in nature...let alone a mask, that no one else wants to pick up for them. I think people should carry a trash bag(sack) to bring their own stuff home and throw away. I remember years ago, my girls and I taking trash bags and cleaning up trails at one of the camp grounds north of us. My gosh, no way would I let them touch stuff today. But we have those gadget grabbers. LOL Blessings to you, xoxo, love Susie

I love your collages and the "which one doesn't fit" I think is a matter of opinion and why can't they all fit? lol
Great photos.

Unfortunately disposable masks are just another way to pollute. Have a great week

It's so awesome that you get out on those hikes so often Diane. No, the discarded mask does not belong! I hate it when I see those thrown on the ground! Well, I hope you have a great day and week!

Big Foot sticker, mail box, dung beetle, peanut, mask and moth on hat! LOL. Great pictures and fun too!

Finding a discarded mask on the ground anywhere is sad. And that peanut is just so funny and out of place. How did you photograph that bug on your hat? Enjoy your day, hugs, Edna B.

The best thing about this post is how it displays your joy of life, of being creative, of sharing with us your blogger friends how much fun life can really be. It's whimsical, joyful, and sort of serious too. For me, it's like I better get my butt out of bed right now and take my dogs for a walk.

We're in the middle of a rainstorm, no walkies today!

In most cases the things that don't belong stood out like a sore thumb. Beetle, peanut and the mask. I have seen a few masks in places where they don't belong too.

1st Mosaic: the baseball cap, though I'd keep the I believe sticker! :)
2nd Mosaic: I think they all belong in this one! They're all bringing a message. :)
3rd Mosaic: Bugs don't belong anywhere near me (only Bugs Bunny), though they do have their purpose! ;)
4th Mosaic: Ha! Peanut.
5th Mosaic: I wish we would never have to use a mask ever again. But I'm now accepting they do belong in this new era of our history, sadly.
Thanks for letting me play Diane! :)

Sans Bigfoot, I can make relationships between all the other photos. I see shapes, balance, connections in everything ...yikes. I know I see the obvious...but I also see the other side of each grouping. Interesting exercise. Sandi

FUN!!

I spy the mask. We see several on our in town walks. I actually am sad to see so many masks tossed on the side of the streets and in the playground at schools.

very nice nature photos--
and I too am seeing those masks on the ground--

Oh, that was fun - love the butterfly on your hat! I laughed at the 'I believe' sticker. I live in Big-Foot country here in WA state, too. My hubby swears that he saw him early one morning crossing the road at the bottom of our mountain. He's not one to make up stories, either. Love all the mosaics - lovely photos of nature. x K

Love your pink hat and friend! Some of those challenges are tricksy! I don't know why people just discard masks or trash anywhere other than in the trash can. So thoughtless... Thank you for sharing your game with us!

I love your walks, your photos and your PINK HAT!!!
Yes, that face mask discarded is a very real sign of our times.....

Your Lovley game, made me smile.

Your trails look lovely. Sadly, Colorado has so many wildfires happening right now that I can't get outside as much as I'd like as the air quality is unhealthy.

It's sad to see that someone threw their used mask on the ground. Why can't people learn not to litter? The mask strings are dangerous to wildlife.

I did enjoy seeing your collage. The pink cap is my favourite though!

Happy Hiking,

Sometimes I pick up trash in parks, but with the pandemic I am reluctant to touch it. I feel distress that people are so careless.

Diane - we can always count on you to bring a bit of humor to our day. I was so amused to see that peanut in one of your collages. Not sure why, but it really tickled my funny bone. We are currently on a road trip, and I can't count how many "lost" masks we have seen - of course, it's not the sort of trash you want to pick up!!! Thanks for linking to Mosaic Monday!

cool. Love the wetland images and see you have a hitchhiker :)
Love the postbox but can´t figure out what´s in it :)
The mask should not be litter!

Beautiful photos and collages.
Nature is beautiful if you just want to see it.
Many people do not pay attention to their surroundings at all.
Since I've been taking pictures I see a lot more.
Greetings Irma

hat, mailbox, bug, peanut, mask
I've been noticing stray masks laying in the parking lot at work. It's sad that people will just discard them like that.

Not a lot going on here. I am trying to get Nanaland in order before we head back to Georgia next week. We did have fun celebrating Marvin's bd yesterday.

I think most of them belong cause they are the interesting things you came across on your hike. I love those old mail boxes. Wish they still had them.

Have a wonderful week, Diane. : )

Enjoyed all the pictures and girl....loving that pink cap too! Perfect for Breast Care Awareness month too. Oh I must say that I do love that old mailbox. You surely stay active with your hiking. I do good long as I am walking straight but Lord help me Jesus if I have to go uphill! WHEW! Hugs and blessings, Cindy

Are you a believer? I'm not, but I know someone who is. ☺ Oh that mask...goodness, I hope that it got away from somebody on a stiff breeze; otherwise, what a rotten thing to do.

Vee said...

Wait a minute! What did I just say? That I'm not a Believer? Horrors. Yes, I am. I just don't believe in whoever that critter is. Sasquatch?

Lovely photos and your game was fun. I wish I could go hiking in Florida, it must be lovely. Here our streets have been closed (I live about 1 mile from Belmont University in Nashville where there will be the Debate.)

Like you, I occasionally see a discarded mask on the ground as litter. Oh that people would pay more attention to keeping our country litter-free!

I see that you and Vice President Pence have something in common -- sporting a bug on your head!

Debbie said...

ok, so i will play...

i like big foot, so i am going with your pink hat.
a mailbox, with the flag up, does someone live in the middle of no-where??
the bug??
the peanut.
definitely the mask - i would rather peeps not wear them, if they are just going to leave them on the ground.
last picture...everything is perfect!!

Debbie said...

All of your photos are just beautiful!!! except the mask, and peanut..lol. How wonderful that you can get out and surround yourself with God's creation whenever you feel like it! It is much colder up here already. Well below the normal temps for this time of year. Love seeing your pics while you hike! Debbie xo
