Decorating with dollies! Anything Goes?

My dollies think that 2020 brings decorating challenges! They are forced to 'make do' with what they have! So let's see what they've done this week!

Opal was all dressed in her Christmas dress (from last year) but couldn't find the Christmas balls or twinkle lights so she decorated the tree with seashells! And instead of elves, the snowmen came inside to help with the decorating!

Zeta went outside to build a snowman and decided to have a tea party in the snow!

Oh and she wore her Pajamas instead of a snowsuit.
Surely she did not wear PJs all day long...my oh my!

And Noel went to the kitchen to bake sugar cookies...in her GOWN!

But then she realized she didn't have all the ingredients to make them so she ordered a Pizza to be delivered!

And then there are the elves (or pixies as I called them as a girl) that were no help at all!

A few have even 'fallen off the shelf'!

Hope your decorating is going better than ours! All dollies are wearing clothes that I made them last year and we're still waiting for the pizza delivery truck!

 ☃ Happy Monday!!!

they are all precious and I love each one for differnt reasons. the christmas drees with the red shoes are adorable. and Noel is my kind of person, bring on the pizza. dolls make perfect decorations and that stove is my favorite of all.. but it is a close tie with the tiny table and teaset

The most special people, I find, are still children at heart. I love all of this, Opal's dress from last year is adorable and so is she. I don't know where you found that pizza, but even it is precious. Have a good rest of the day. It's still morning here in California.

Your dolls are so cute, and I love their outfits. My mom used to make the cutest clothes for my barbie dolls...felt, I'm remembering felt for some reason and crochet. Well, you are decorated up for Christmas! Stay safe and have a good week!

Those dolls are adorable and I love their outfits. Oh girl...you must truly have patience. I decided years ago that I would rather make an adult an outfit than make one for a doll. Can be so tedious. Oh the memories of the doll clothes my granny used to make still flood my heart though. Happy week to you. Hugs and blessings, Cindy

Beautiful dollies and beautiful outfits all in darling vignettes. My Christmas decorating is going slow. I don't even have a wreath on the door.

Diane - your new header is so festive! Oh, those dollies! So precious. Somehow I think each one is a little slice of your personality - just with curly hair! And I would love to have a pair of those adorable PJ's! Thanks so much for a delightful, funny post. Lifted my spirits (and they were already pretty high). Thanks for linking up to Mosaic Monday!

OH my goodness, love this post! Your dolls all look so cute and I just loved studying each picture and all the teeny things in it. Girlfriend, you KNOW HOW I LOVE THAT PLAY STOVE!! I haven't dressed up my dolls in their Christmas dresses yet....I may do so now. You sure made yours cute outfits. Hope your week is great my friend!

I think we could all use humor right about now and your dollies just delivered. They may be running into decorating dilemmas, but they look fabulous in their clothes and pj's. I always love to see how your stove looks for the holidays. Hope the burner is off so the pixie isn't getting a hot seat.

Oh how wonderful!! I love your dollies and their cute outfits! You MADE them? Oh my! You are talented!! They are all so sweet, and I love the little stories and accessories to go along with the stories. Perfect Christmas fun for us big little girls at heart!! I've been pulling out my bigger dollies a few at a time too, and may have to do a post with them soon. Some have been resting in boxes since we moved because I really don't have the space to display them like before, and I was feeling overwhelmed with too many. But now I miss them and want to see my little friends again! Maybe we should come join your dollies for tea and a pizza party! That would be such fun! Thank you for sharing your pretty girls with us. I love them all, and that stove is a real keeper too! What fun!! Thank you for sharing. Merry Christmas!

Haha, I can believe that anyway, their frocks are gorgeous! I have just been into a hotel who have told me all the decorations are exactly the same as last year - just as long as we don't get a rerun of the whole year!
Have a great week hope it involves pizza!

You have such a sweet collection of dolls. Noel is so pretty. I am loving all the RED in their outfits and your decorating. That little bake set is so cute. And that pizza box is too funny. It's Friday and it's been a hectic day, so I just put a pizza in the oven. That little Elf is being mischevous hehehe. The snow globe, the tea set, and the red reindeer are sooooo cute. You always have a fun time with your dolls, Diane, and I love seeing them every time. : )
