This is probably not a WOW to anyone but ME!
But it’s definitely a ‘boring to better’!
We are spending the summer here in our condo in the beautiful mountains of Western N C !
The weather is not nearly as hot as most of the nation right now…
and there’s lots to do! (photo taken at the NC Arboretum)
I still want to blog though and keep up with the FUN!
So here’s my baby laptop….
and now it’s gone from boring to BETTER!
I have a new widescreen monitor, a mouse and a keyboard! (and a comfy chair!)
I’m still at the dining room table but it’s OH SO MUCH BETTER!

You'll be much more comfortable now. I write my posts on a desk top pc, but I don most of my reading and commenting using a laptop in my bedroom.
Nope. I use my trusty Dell at the desk. That's a great screen!
I typically write my posts on my desktop. But now I'm reading on my laptop.

Yes1 I use a laptop at the bar on my kitchen counter... I can see most everything going on with the kids. (Which is both good and bad.)

No, I'm at a desktop...at a desk with a computer chair. Sometimes I envy the portability of a lap top. You look tied down. Do you take it other places in the house? Nice screen!
I bought a little notebook to use at the sofa. But then the desktop died and we are trying to decide what to do. I do like a big computer for movies and printing stuff. Maybe this Christmas..
We spent several years at our lake condo without internet. A couple of years ago they put the complex online and I went out and bought a laptop. I don't know how in the world I managed before.LOL
I use both desk and laptop.

Yes, all I have it a laptop, but it is one of the larger laptops. I even use it for all my embroidery designing too...but my hubby has it so that I can hook my laptop up to my flat-screen tv in my sewing room, so that way I can use it for embroidery or blogging. So fun to see everything bigger!
I use a macbook pro laptop ... love it! I have a portable keyboard at my desk and a touch style mouse.
I use a laptop to blog. I can plug it into a larger monitor, but I'm sort of used to sitting in my armchair and blogging. Sitting at my desk seems too much like real work.

..yes I use a laptop,here is very warm and humid,I hate go outside with the sun rosting and friing me,white chicken woman!!!.
Hi! I've enjoyed your pictures from our visit. I'm using a laptop. ;-) You saw it. I do have a 26" monitor that I sometimes hook up to the laptop. I use both screens when I'm writing my knitting patterns.
Last year I switched to a laptop, too! Hubby bought me an office chair to be more comfortable in at the dining room table. No kidding! I have since been able to move them into my "studio".
Your additional accessories are great! You will enjoy the larger screen!
I work at my desktop with a 23-inch wide screen. Love it! I read and comment a lot from my laptop.

I use a laptop exclusively! I love how I can use it in my recliner or at the dining table. Your little one is adorable but that new screen is awesome!

HI... yes, I use an old lap top. I sit at a stool in my kitchen and read blogs and blog on my own site once in awhile. It is convenient to the coffee pot and food you know!

Hi LD, nope, not boring at all, cooler is nice at this time of the year. Love the big computer monitors, we have one as home and it is wonderful. I miss it now as we're on vacation and I'm using my husbands laptop, which I'm not quite used to yet.

I do use a laptop for blogging. I am a Mac girl, and I love my MacBook Pro. I do have a large Sony Vaio desktop, but it is in the basement in Mr. Art @ Home's office, and I hate basements....unless a tornado is on the way.

Yes, I do blog from my laptop in my chair in my sun room. I can't stand where my desktop is.
Only had a lap top for years...love it... I can take it different places in the house, outside...love it!! And its a mac...
I"m not a laptop person, can't get the hang of the touchpad and feel very cramped.
That looks very comfy. My elderly neighbor who is 89 just got her first laptop. Now we are searching for some more comfortable furniture for her.
