How beautiful! What a great place to have a picnic at, Diane. Wish I was there. :)

No time for relaxing for me this weekend as I'm trying to put my house on the market. Fingers crossed...!

What a peaceful setting for a weekend picnic. I'm glad you had a nice weekend.

My weekend was extremely busy with a birthday party for my niece and a memorial for my cousin.

Have a fantastic week!

What a beautiful setting for a picnic. It's very hot here, so we stayed home inside this weekend.
I've been doing some embroidering on dish towels for my upcoming Fall & Christmas shows.

Your walk there looks so cool, green, and inviting. We went for a walk in a garden today as well. It was a short walk, but a nice one. Beautiful weather we're having and I wish that I could share it with everyone.

About 40 yrs. ago, my brother attended Camp Carolina and our family went to the camp to pick him up after his month long stay. I fell in love with NC and have never forgotten the beautiful scenery. How fortunate you are!

We worked in our garden and had dinner with friends last night. What did you take on your picnic?

Did you go to Belle Chere? It is too crowded for me there, but I hear it was nice.

What a lovely spot! It was a holiday weekend here in Canada, but I worked most of it in order to achieve a deadline with a mid-year reforecast. I will take a long weekend a little later on in place of it. I did take some time off this afternoon and went golfing with DH. At the end of it, I bought us ice cream cones - to pay him for the gold lessons. :) Truly, he is a wonderful coach! It was such a lovely afternoon, with a light breeze to keep away the mosquitoes that we have been overwhelmed with most of the summer here in Edmonton this year.
