Something just for FUN!

I love sewing cute animals.

It’s fun to see what personality they will have when they are finished.

My blog friend Anastasia made one of these cats HERE so I decided to try one. She and I love all of the same things…cute animals, dolls and primitives. We live in very different parts of the world but we’ve become good friends.

(this is Anastasia’s cat, isn’t it amazing!)

Here’s a little about her from her home page HERE. “My name is Anastasia and I live in Irkutsk, Russia. I love all kinds of arts and crafts, and since childhood I've tried lots of things like painting, drawing, woodburning, sewing, digital art, sculpture, pottery, woodcarving and more. I just can't live without these hobbies and I love to share my creative ideas!”

Back to the lanai…

I thought my cat needed a sunflower to hold so I did a google search and found a tutorial HERE. I made it smaller but it still came out too big, so I made a simple version for kitty to hold.

Now we have another cat in the lanai to keep us company! (and to watch over things while we are gone)

I’m joining Amaze me Monday

Make it Pretty Monday

Brenda for Tweak it Tuesday

and Ivy and Elephants.

What are you working on this week?
