Congrats to Buttercup! That's a fantastic calendar, by the way. I think I need to track down one of those. I do love the Carson quotations. Julian Fellowes is so clever!

Hi Diane, congrats to Carol and yes she has a great blog name! I love Downton last night and it did keep you on your toes and a little sad too! I was holding back from crying with the scene with the baby. Wishing you a nice day and week.

I have that same calendar and I love it! I am so glad that Edith took some action to make her life better. I hope she will find happiness in London with Marigold. And that Mary is reverting to her old ways from season one...disappointing. Glad that Mr Bates had no part in the death of Mr Greene but who is the culprit???

Congratulations to your winner. Saw the show last night, and was glad to learn that Bates didn't kill Green. But what about the ticket? Mary has a new do! And Edith finally has the baby. Will Granny tell the truth?

Congrats to your winner!

Yes, last evening was pretty good for DA fans. I have a few complaints, too, about acting and so forth, but will keep them to myself. Now why did I even say that much? My favorite moment was Lady Grantham telling her husband a thing or two in such a way that he "got it." Though I certainly do not find her completely innocent in this situation.

The comments on the calendar photos are great!

Congrats to the lucky winner! Another great night of DA - I could see Lady Edith's departure coming, a mile away. Let's hope she will be happier (hmmm, as a single parent? Not so sure...)

Congrats Carol! I haven't watched Downton Abbey. I was looking at the series before Christmas. Sounds like something I should start :)

Yes, that's a lovely name for a blog. And this is the second post about Downton I read this morning. I loved the calendar.

You made my cold and icy Monday! Probably Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, too. Can't thank you enough. I'm beach dreaming. It's hard to pick a favorite Downton moment. Possibly it's when we find out Rose's very handsome beau is Jewish. That should make for some good episodes to come.

Congrats to Carol. I do like your calendar, I went all out this year and ordered a tea themed one.
I have to admit I shed a few tears with this week's episode. :-)

Congrats to Carol! I LOVED the show last night! I really think Mary is going to marry Tom! Glad to know Bates was innocent, but I must be the only one who thinks Lady Edith was wrong to take that baby back. The farmers wife had her since she was born, and loved her like her own. I felt so sorry for her.
Have a great week!

Sunday's show was quite interesting. I have mixed feelings about Edith's decision. I need to get this calendar for my sister, it's fantastic.

I had never seen one episode of Downton Abbey; and I have heard so much about it. My husband bought me the series 1 - 4 and I have watched the first scene. I love it and look forward to watching it all the way through.
