The swan is a beauty -- I've never seen a black one! I like the Summer Reading photo -- I especially like that you included an old bell from the teacher's desk!!

So lovely! I have seen a few swans in nature parks here in the Montreal area, but they have been white ones.

A beautiful selection Diane. The mosaic is very pretty. The white figurine of the girl reading looks very similar to a vintage one that I have. It's made of bisque and painted with a green dress etc. It was my grandmother's so is probably about 70 or more years old. (She's been dead for 45 years)

Boy, it's hard to choose a favorite among these. The black swan is truly breathtaking! I knew they existed, but I don't think I've ever seen one. I'd never seen white ones until we went to England. I also love the last pic/mosaic because of the sweet bunny and the gorgeous pink flowers. Four great note cards, Diane!! I hope you have a wonderful week.

WOW, not only have I never SEEN a black swan, I never even HEARD of one....I thought where I heard it was just a myth, not an actual real thing.

They are all lovely and I do love that black swan, but I have a special fondness in my heart for Raggedy Anne's so I really like that photo. Also love old school Readers and books - do I see a couple of old Nancy Drews there? Great photos!!
