Oh what joy!
I looked on Pinterest to get some ideas and then started cutting. I decided it was easier to cut the hearts ‘free hand’ than try to use a pattern.
But the more I sewed, the more I added!
How long does it take to make a cutesy Valentine banner?
Well, it took me about 3 days! haha!
I would hate to have to make these for a living!
I love banners though, don’t you?

You are always so talented!
Oh that is darling! I know, crafters make so little money for the time involved. It would never be worth it for me to make things to sell. I'd be earning pennies an hour. LOL

What a fun and pretty project!
That is just darling, Diane. I love your hears and banner. I have been looking for my Valentine stuff from last year and can't find it. I think it must be buried in the bottom of one of my Spring bins of decorations. I can't decide if I want to go to the trouble of dragging them out or not. lol
Love it! And I don't usually have the patience for something like this, but I love BUYING them...lol...
Diane, that is adorable. I need to get some motivation going up here, but I think my hands may be frozen together. Okay, that's my story and I am sticking to it :)

Good Evening Diane, I am a great lover of hearts and your heart banner is gorgeous. I have to tell you, three days is pretty quick in my book, as you have cut the hearts freehand, hand sewn and embellished the hearts, which is a lot of work.
They look lovely hung across your doorway.
Best Wishes
Daphne
