I’m always so happy to get something fun from a blog buddy.
I won these cute cute tea towels from Sunflower House Art and they are perfect in my black and white kitchen. I love them! Thanks Debbie!!!
And my blog buddy, Carol from Buttercup Counts her Blessings (don’t you LOVE the name of her blog!) sent me these brand new books, all by Colleen Coble.
I know I will enjoy them. Thanks so much for being such a sweet friend, Carol.
Don’t you love ‘happy mail’?

Fun fun. :)
How delightful, my friend! Blogging friends truly are the BEST! And Carol is one of the sweetest bloggers ever :) Happy reading and happy weekend. Hugs!
Ah, the Mad Hatter and the Queen of Hearts: two of literature's best characters. Very nice gift.
Oh what darling tea towels...such a pretty design and I just love the colour! Oh dear Diane...you are so right...happy mail is so delightful! Blogging buddies are the sweetest...the other day I too received a gorgeous package from a dear blog friend and I simply squealed with happiness when I unwrapped it! And so wonderful to receive those books...do enjoy, although I know you will!
By the way, your new header is stunning...sorry I have been such a terrible visitor of late! My! The weeks are simply flashing by and spring has arrived, so I've been quite busy in the garden lately...bliss!
Have a blessed and joyful weekend, Diane!
Hugs and love always!

I just commented on these in yesterday's post...duh! Love your pretties but like I said...I'm downsizing and trying to get rid of things so better you than me! LOL!
What a happy day to get all these delightful things! Don't they make the book jacket art/photos delightful? They draw me in to take a peek at the story in the store. I like how a good book often captures you right from the start. Or a great lead-in....and then comes a bad word and I sadly shut the book and move on. Honestly, I've got at least 2 or 3 dozen books stacked up and tucked around the house, and I really believe I'll start .....this one??? next. So glad you could relate to our 'Violet's phone call'. =) Have a very nice day!
Wonderful gifts! I have recently read 2 of Colleen Cobble's books and really enjoyed them. I think you'll enjoy these. I like your header 'Post Card'. Cute! Enjoy the weekend. Hugs. Pam

Yes, it is wonderful to give and receive gifts. One of the greatest joys of blogging is that you meet, maybe not in person, such wonderful and caring people.
