Some Thrift finds are just BETTER than others!

We love to get great buys! And we sometimes see things we’ve always wanted!

But did you ever walk into a store and see something at a distance that you just HAD to HAVE?

No matter what?

And before you even inspected it....

you were carrying it to the check out?

I felt that way when I saw THIS...

THE CASE ONLY!

I propped my little NIKON camera on top to show you the size!

DSCN8565

and then saw the price! (for the CASE ONLY!!!)

$1

I did peek inside and saw this great lining!

DSCN8568

I didn’t even look at the bottom until I got home!

ModDSCN8569

It would be PERFECT to actually carry our cameras and all of our cords, batteries, chargers, etc. when we travel!

DSCN8566

But for now I’ll just set it here in the lanai and admire it!

I’m linking to these fun parties!

I’m joining....Vintage Thingie Thursday

That case is FABULOUS!! What an increbible find at $1.00.

I feel in love with a Universal Studios Dracula Cookie jar at a trift store. I think I only paid $7.00 for it

Well, I am jealous! My best thrift might be a piece of Briggle pottery that I paid $4 and is priced at multiple sites at $120 but it's too lovely to sell.

Great finds Diane, and I love your little Halloween decoration and lites. You two always look like you are having such a good time. The weather always looks warm and inviting where ever you are.
I have never tried the Eco natural soap and would love to give it a go. The mosquito repellent looks like a good thing too.
I love skin balm and shea butter is one of my favorites. I didn't realize your having a giveaway but just noticed so I will head over the Eco Natural soap website and enter a comment there too.

The case is marvelous and such good shape! It reminds me of the vintage brief case my husband is selling at our garage sale this weekend. And a "need film" camera of my mother's --now will anyone buy that? !!!

That looks like a good carrying case. But your right all the stuff it takes to be on the go with a camera, you need a larger bag.

Oh Diane, what a great find for only one dollar. My gosh, amazing!! It looks hardly used too.
I think your idea for using it to store and carry your cords and techno stuff is a great idea.
I also love great storage cases and you sure found a fabulous one.
