Where do 35,000 people park?

EVERYWHERE!!!

DSCN7982

I’m going to hop around a bit and go back in time to the Festivals I went to last weekend!

DSCN7911

McIntosh was by far the BIGGEST festival I’ve ever been to!

DSCN7920

35,000 people from all over the country pour into the small town of McIntosh for ONE DAY of shopping!

DSCN7961

All of the vendors are selling hand made items ONLY!

DSCN7939

So there are some incredible arts and crafts!

Aren’t these mosaics gorgeous!

DSCN7940

I saw a LOT of things I wanted but I only bought a few things!

DSCN7930

It was overwhelming to me!

DSCN7942

Have you ever seen SO many wonderful things that you had trouble knowing what to buy! I have to be careful with money so I made my selections with care!

DSCN7926

I bought a sweet little Raggedy Annie doll

from Sandy… the Olde Country Cupboard !

DSCN8018

My girlfriend, Kat KNEW I would get one!

And some Spa scented tarts from Samantha … Samantha's Accessories !

DSCN8022

I could not pass up this gourd that looks like a pumpkin!

DSCN8030

It was an amazing Festival!

DSCN8025

I can’t wait for next year! (I better start saving my money!)

DSCN7950

Have you ever been to a Festival this big..

or seen puppies this CUTE!!!

I hate crowds but I might have braved it to walk thru that festival - looks like lots of great stuff! My sister was just at a festival in TN and sent me a picture of dauschund puppies that someone was selling - SO cute!

I love festivals like that! We have one called The Covered Bridge Festival in Parke County, IN. This is the first year we haven't gone. I miss all the great crafts.
Such cute puppies!

I can't believe I missed all the fun! I want to go to this one next year. I haven't ever been to a festival that big that I can think of. Although I prefer big dogs, the Yorkie with the rhinestone studded sunglasses is too cute! Hope it's not too cold in your neck of the woods...stay warm!
Hugs!

I don't know how you made it out of there without having to get a 'home decor' loan! haha...it would be overwhelming to me too!
Your doll is adorable. I have the perfect place for her!
I just looked on the web site and I am in love with the Elves! Cute little guys! Hoping she ships!

Didn't you just LOVE it?!!! Those pups have been there the last few years. Can't remember their names but they are the CUTEST and generate lots of pictures! Love your little dolly and pumpkin gourd! I park up front for $10. TOTALLY worth it for me as I get there around 7:30 a.m.
We will DEFINITELY meet up next year!

Wow! so many pretty things to see, it's hard to focus. I haven't been to a fair that large. I would be so afraid of not finding my car among 35,000 other cars.

Those are such darling puppies!

Wow, that is a big festival! I can honestly say I haven't had the fun chance of hitting one that huge. I so want to go to Round Top or to the World's largest yard sale. It intails 6 states. Can you even imagine that? I would have a darn hard time choosing. Raggedy is so cute. Glad she's going to a nice home. Love the pups too!

What a wonderful festival! I'm like you, Diane, I get overwhelmed by all the items I want to buy that I pick out very few in the end. It is probably better that way as I'm trying to downsize a little.

Looks like a wonderful festival!! My Fall show that I've done for 27 years has 200,000 to 300,000 people that come through it over that weekend. I really wonder where all those folks park...because the show is in a really small village.

Egads! I thought Round Top was bad enough but that takes the cake. Round Top is in well...Round Top Texas. This past September I went and it was so hot I was just miserable and hot I thought I was just gonna die! I didn't buy much, I just couldn't think it was so hot, 106 that one day. They even had people passing out and they passed out salt tablets to vendors. SO your crazy yet cool festival looks wonderful!

Thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving your comments. I'll be your blog buddy and understand you anyday!!xoxo-cindy
