My Happy List…while I catch my breath!

We’ve been traveling again so I am catching up on emails and blog visits!

HorsesFLIMG_4272

I stopped at Ricki Jill’s and saw her happy list so I thought this would be perfect for my ‘Welcome Home’ post! All in random order!

myhappylist_zps150deab2

1. I’m happy and thankful to have 2 homes. I love them both! But I’m a summertime girl and love the summers in Florida! I also love to travel back and forth…up and down the road! lol

2. My hubby is a good driver and the trip is lots of fun. We stayed at the Hampton Inn again and I am ‘happy’ to report that we had another towel animal in our room and it was not a pig…it was a swan! My girlfriend Chatty Crone was curious about that and so was I!

3. It is green here and the horse farms are gorgeous. Thanks Vee for complimenting my mountain banner. I have changed it again with a photo I took about an hour ago! lol I hope you like it!

4. Cell phones and computers….it’s so nice to stay in touch with family and friends when we travel.

5. I am happy I brought back some of our pottery to put in our entertainment center. I’ve been playing with the arrangement today! (and doing laundry!)

6. And I’m happy for all of YOU…you stick by me even when I travel and disappear from blogland for a few days.  (what did I MISS?)

(Horse photos and banner pic were taken this afternoon.. here in Florida.. through my windshield!)

What makes you happy today?

Are you loving the summer time weather?

We've stay just a week ago at a Hampton Inn and we did not have any fancy towel art on our bed...It is very cute... Have a lovely week. Hugs Judy

Ah, horses, I do love them, and how great you have 2 homes you enjoy.

What summertime weather? =D It's below sixty today and wet. Very.

So you're back in warm and sunny Florida. Nothing like having options! The header is lovely and the view of the Blue Mountains is lovely in your sidebar... You sure know how to pick your locations.

Oops forgot to say what makes me happy: SUMMER, Tuesdays (my half day of work), spending time with my hubby and kids, crafting and eating!

I swore after this horrible winter weather that I wouldn't complain about the summer heat. But, it's 99 degrees today and so humid. But, I'm not complaining.

Is it summer? Could you please send a letter to our weatherman and let him know? So glad you are back and I am glad you have so much fun going back and forth. It's wonderful to have a home away from home, isn't it? Blessings- xo Diana

your new banner IS beautiful! How I wish I could see some sun--just rain here for days. It is also cold. I love your happy list....I think I may have too many things to list that make me happy. I guess that it is a good thing that my happy list is much longer than my unhappy list!!!! Glad you are safely home from your travels!

I'm a newbie to the Happy List link up and am checking out everyone's list. Love your pics. Absolutely gorgeous. I'm totally happy about cell phones and computers too! Just got back from a weekend vacation with my family and managed to post on my blog using my phone!

Great photos once again! Pretty warm here today, and a brief downpour-- while I was driving, of course.

You must have been travelling through Ocala, I'm guessing. Such a great part of the state. I love to visit you and catch up on my Florida/NC fix since I love both of those states. Summer in FL was my least favorite, though. Unless you are on the coast, then it is delightful! Ann

I am playing catch up, too. I take my computer with me thinking I will catch up before bedtime, but family events go late and I just go to bed. Love your photos.

I love your happy list...and photos! I especially love this horse farm! There is a horse farm in my area (Montreal) and only one that I know of...and they allow people to visit. The horses are very well cared for. I can see the horses are here as well!

You made my day linking-up to my party, Diane!

I was out of pocket yesterday with internet issues. SO happy that's fixed! So I have no idea what's been going on in Blogland....

Animal towels!!! LOVE that. Which one's your favorite? Now that's a skill I'd love to have!

Pretty photos, my friend.

Haha - you are so sweet. I used to work at Hampton Inn for about two weeks at the front desk and have to admit I didn't like it. But I know this - they did not fold the towels back then! Love the swan. sandie

Hmmm, summer time weather still hasn't hit the UK's shores, but I'm being patient. Have a wonderful time! Chel x

The photos that you took through your windshield are absolutely gorgeous. I wish I liked the heat. Summer is generally miserable for me and I don't even live in Flrida.

Here in Alabama, we are loving the warmer temps, but not really the rain. Storms are expected later today. I do also love the sunshine when we do get that. 'Love your new header image and all of the new photos :)

Hello Diane,
What an absolutely beautiful blog header that you have just loaded.
Your horse farm looks so rich in pasture and so green. You and I are so very lucky to have all that amazing space. Your horses look so beautiful grazing there.
A very fortunate life!

Thank you so much for your kind visit and comment regarding my art work. Hope you will see many more wonderful lace beauties on my blog too.

Enjoy your weekend at home.

All the best,
Suzy

Looking forward to seeing your new pottery and your arrangement on the entertainment center. I've been trying to "organize" mine, without much success. Can't wait to see your idea.
