“Through the Looking Glass” by Lewis Carroll

Join Alice and her forest friends for a magical tea!

framestarsIMG_5975

Alice wondered which door to go through but didn’t have time to explore. She was more interested in the treats to eat and books to read.

IMG_5998

Bunnies to visit…

IMG_5997

Mice to play with…

IMG_5981

And sweet treats!

IMG_5979

Do you need a cup for your tea?

IMG_5990

Time to travel through the looking glass.

IMG_6019

What will we see?

IMG_6013

Look closely!

IMG_6014

CLOSER….

starsframeIMG_6012

But WAIT!

Wait a little more…

Couldn’t we just meet in the lanai with the 3 bears and read “A Sleepy Story”?

bearsIMG_6025

What’s the worst thing that can happen?

IMG_6040

Snow White

has taken over the photo shoot?

IMG_6043

Oh, well! Everyone is welcome at the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party today!

And we’re ALL joining Vanessa HERE !

Alice is one of my favorites. I especially like Johnny Dep's version. Love the dolls, the setting, the narrative. The whimsy. A nice way to start my day with a bit of cheer.

That's adorable! I love your sweet set up and I laughed out loud when Snow White crashed the party! Funny! I LOVED seeing A Sleepy Story! That was one of my favorite books when I was little and I'd forgotten all about it! I'll be on the lookout for it for my kids!

Hope you're having a lovely day! I'd love to see you at my party too!

Thank you for visiting KayeSwain.com and for inviting me to your quite delightful tea party. I had such a wonderful time!

And WOW! You are so wonderfully talented. I love all the cute toys you made. My grandkids would be enthralled if I could do that - although I will admit, they do appreciate my simple crafts AND my computer techiness :) And speaking of techniness, may I ask how you did the adorable stars and glitter picture. I LOVE that effect!

I see we have several bloggy friends in common as well - how FUN! Here's a pretty PINK and slightly virtual cupcake just for YOU! Thank you again for such a delightful visit.
