Sholom Park in November

I know you've walked with me at Sholom Park many times but there are always flowers blooming, year round.

So put on your walking shoes....

and let's go!

We've had a few afternoon showers and the temps are in the 70s and 80s....

so it's a beautiful time of year to spend at the Park!

I've put most of the photos into collages....

so that I can share the beauty

and join Angie for Mosaic Monday HERE .

I have a large Camellia bush blooming in my flower bed!
Do you grow those where you live?

So pretty! I live in Chicagoland so all of our flowers are done and we are getting colder and colder. So nice to see the beauty that surrounds you and the collages are great! Thank you!

Does the humidity go down too in the winter? No camelias in my yard but I think they can grow here but don't quote me. The flowers are lovely and look at all those palms!

I think we can all understand why you go there time and again.

no camellias here, my mother loved them and had a bush in Savannah.. love that decorated sidewalk, and the gardens are looking fantastic... the weather is perfect for wandering down the pathways

☀️ 🦋 Perfect temps! Perfect path pattern...love it! Keep sharing the flowers, Diane. Ours are officially gone until late next spring.

So lovely! I had camellias at my "old house" in Salt Springs, but we just moved from there this summer, and I don't have any flowers at all yet at our "new house" in Interlachen. I am not sure how well camellia's will do here, although we are not that far from where we were. I was sad to leave all my bushes behind, but didn't want to risk killing them by trying to move any. So I will have to start over with all of my flowers, etc. I did bring a Don Juan climbing rose bush with me and a Rose of Sharon bush. I haven't planted them yet. They are thriving in pots, however, so I am happy about that. They were both very special to me. Thank you for sharing this lovely walk with us. I've never been to that park. Is it near Ocala? Thank you...Have a blessed week.

Diane - how wonderful to know that flowers are still blooming down there, and things are green. We just arrived in Calgary this afternoon, to snow on the ground and temperatures under 10 ! Yep, we're back! Thanks for taking everyone at Mosaic Monday on your latest walk through the Park!

Interesting pavement. I never had luck with camellias.

Were your ears burning last night? My tech-savvy sons were home last night and we discussed how your original blog was "disappeared." They were horrified but not shocked. I hope it never happens to you or anyone else again (wishful thinking).

That's one of the things I love about Florida - something is always blooming!

I know I've said this before, but our walks are so beautiful. With flowers all year long, that must be so enjoyable! Something always new.

That is the most beautiful peaceful park (it is so well-named). We had camellia bushes in our yard here in Oregon (in our former life, pre-retirement), but one February we had a late freeze and lost them all. :(( -- (I bet you won't ever have that problem)..... we actually do have some of the flowers and fruit here in Oregon that also bloom in Florida, but the season is about exactly opposite.

There is absolutely nothing I like better than a wander around the beautiful Sholom Park where we have time to stop and admire the flowers and take in all that gorgeous fresh air! Thanks for the invite, you're photos are brilliant
